Technical Solutions Center provides IT and web design services to the company in an "insourcing" model, as well as providing these services to other organizations on a contractual basis.

The Center also provides Support Operations consulting services, specifically around Help Desk, Business Process and Knowledge Management.

(Insourcing is similar to the outsourcing model, but reversed: instead of passing the work to another organization OUTside of the business, insourcing is the delegation of operations from production within a business to an internal entity that specializes in that operation.)
